In England, smoke ventilation in new and altered buildings is designed under Approved Document B of the Building Regulations (England), and once the building is occupied the responsible person has duties under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 to keep fire safety systems, including rain & wind sensors, in good working order.
Work in Marlow is a mix of residential blocks, schools, offices, industrial units and homes, and we tailor the specification to how busy the site is.
